The Alliances Manager is responsible for not only developing and nurturing mutually beneficial relationships between CoWrks and our partners, but structuring agreements between said partners that benefit the CoWrks Community members. The Alliances Manager is also responsible for organizing events that engage the CoWrks Community with the intention of furthering our relationship with said partners.

POSITION GOALS & OBJECTIVES
The Alliances Manager shall travel across the country to structure agreements with potential alliances that provide products or services at exclusive prices or concessions that benefit the CoWrks Community. The role requires the following:

ALLIANCES
  • Frequently profile Community Members and understand the services used by these members
  • Understand how each potential alliance can benefit various types of community members
  • Drive outreach efforts to seek & build relationships with potential alliances
  • Create proposals for each alliance acquisition and present it for management review
  • Liaise with strategic team for feasibility and financials for every proposed Alliance
  • Negotiate terms with alliances in best interest of employees and member of CoWrks

  • Liaise with our Communications, Marketing & Technology teams to ensure that digital/email/print communications are conceptualized prior to events
  • Inspect our CoWrks Center amenities & services daily. When amenities or services need maintenance, raise Facilities Tickets through our ticketing platform.
