What are COWRKS’ operating hours?
Our hours of operation are 9am to 6pm. Monday – Friday. Private studios and dedicated desks will have key card access to the office 24*7.
Do I get access to all COWRKS locations?
If you are a member at one centre, you get key card access to all our centres. Furthermore, the COWRKS Connect app allows you not only to book meeting rooms at other locations but also get access to printers, Wi-Fi and the fuel bar.
If I want to visit COWRKS, do I need to schedule a tour or can I just walk in?

Memberships & Packages
What are the KYC documents which will be taken from me when I sign up for a membership?
The list of KYC documents vary from the format of worksphere picked by a member. Adding to this, each member is required to submit the following documents:
- Company Incorporation Letter
- Company Pan Card
- Individual Identity Proof
- Address Proof
Are there any hidden costs in membership packages?
We believe in keeping our membership packages transparent. Any value added services/products will be as per actuals.
What are the working hours and days for Day Pass members?
Day pass and hot desk members have access to COWRKS centres from 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday.
Payments & Credits
What are my payment options?
We accept payments via cheque, wire transfer and credit cards. Payments are also possible via net banking and credit cards through the COWRKS Connect app.
How do I change my payment information?
You can change your payment information by logging on to the COWRKS Connect app at www.connect.cowrks.com. Alternatively, you could get in touch with your Account manager/Centre Team.
On what date will I receive my monthly payment invoice and by when should I make the payment?
All monthly payment invoices are generated on the 1st of every month which are payable within 7 days from the date of issue, after which a late fee will be applicable.
Facilities & Amenities
What is the average sq. ft. of the workspace?
At COWRKS, we provide our members access to packages. Therefore, you pay only for a desk the rest comes as a package.
Are COWRKS events chargeable or free?
COWRKS has an action packed calendar. Thus we have events multiple times a week at each centre. We welcome all our members to attend events with our heartiest compliments.
Can visitors enter my Private Studio?
Not without member`s consent, and the member will be escorting the visitor by his/her discretion
Alliances
What if I want to partner or avail special offers with COWRKS business partners and alliances?
COWRKS has alliances with several business providers which are exclusive only to its members. Special offers may be availed through the COWRKS app.
Can I have a standee of my business at the COWRKS events?
Brand promotion opportunities are present at COWRKS workspaces via digital display screens. As an alliance partner you may display your standee / creative at a COWRKS event only in case your brand is a part of the event.
Can I advertise my business on the COWRKS Connect app?
Although members are not allowed to advertise on the app, the COWRKS Connect app is designed to enable members to promote their businesses by listing the services they offer on their business profile page. Furthermore, the app is designed to facilitate collaboration between members.
IT & Technology
What is the internet speed at COWRKS?
COWRKS provides all its members and guest, shared internet from redundant internet lease line. Internet leased line size varies at each centre. The internet can be accessed over Wi-Fi throughout the centre. In addition, wired connections are available in some private studios.
How many devices am I allowed to connect to the COWRKS Wi-Fi?
Each member is allowed to connect up to two devices to the internet while guests are allowed to connect one device.
What are the charges for a dedicated IT connection?
If you have your own internet service provider along with Network and IT infrastructure, we facilitate providing connection to your private studio with additional commercials. Alternatively, COWRKS can provide dedicated bandwidth as per requirement as an add-on commercials and service.

What are your membership options?
Virtual office membership provide the added benefit of fleixble tenures. Choose from durations ranging between 3 to 24 months. Virtual office memberships require a 100% advance payment.

How do I sign up for a day-pass?

How do I access the Day Pass Workspace?
All our workspaces are accessible between 9am - 6pm (monday to friday). You can check into our centres by registering yourself in the visitor management system at the community. We request you to carry a valid goverment ID at the time of check in.
What do I need when I check in?
We request you to carry your confrimation voucher along with a valid government identity card.
Meeting Rooms
How do I book a meeting rooms?
What is your guest policy for meeting room bookings?
Guests are permitted upto the capacity of the meeting room booked. Guests are required to carry a valid ID and check in at the community desk. Hosts must be present prior to a guests arrival.
What are the accepted methods of payment?
Payments can be processed via debit card, credit card, UPI and net banking.
Creating A Safe Workplace
POSH – IC Team
Internal Committee (IC), constituted under the Sub-section (1) of Section (4), Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act 2013. Sexual Harassment is a misconduct in this workplace and may lead to termination of the employment.
